Guiding You On Celestial Pathways

Traveling doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated—it’s about finding epic places to be, both inside yourself and in the world.

The feeling you’re seeking in your next adventure already exists within you. The secret? Learning to explore your inner world as deeply as you explore the outer one.

My Journey

I grew up in northern Utah- a place known for its outdoor recreation- but it wasn’t until college that I started getting outside. The learning curve for nature and outdoor living was steep—I struggled with gear, fitness, and figuring out how to thrive outside. I cringe looking at photos of myself backpacking with wine bottles, but I was hooked. People often comment on my willingness to be in the wilderness alone, but it has been a crucial piece of my growth.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in outdoor adventures:

  • 300+ mountain summits

  • Hiked almost all sections of the WURL in Utah (one left! HMU if you want to do Twins to Superior)

  • Trekked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal

  • Cactus to Clouds accent in California

  • Backpacking over 50 unique locations

My travels are guided by a love for hidden gems: mountain peaks, hot springs, and secluded swimming holes. I enjoy planning adventures to uncover off-the-beaten-path locations—or finding popular spots at off-peak times to enjoy their magic.

A Pattern Disruption

In July 2022, a car accident forced me to slow down and rethink my life. Seemingly, everything I liked to do was temporarily but suddenly taken away from me. I worked through a concussion and physical injury, ultimately realizing I needed to work on my mindset even more than I already had. By October, I decided to leave behind what I once thought was a ‘boring’ existence and embrace a nomadic lifestyle.

My partner and I separated and I ‘moved’ back to my mom’s house. I converted my Hyundai Tucson into a bed on wheels, booked a 10-day silent meditation retreat, and started traveling on a budget of ~$1,000 per month. Housesitting, backpacking, camping, and working retreats have made this unconventional way of living possible. It’s brought me closer to myself and others, helped me find peace within my nervous system, and joy in my being.

My Wellness and Work Background

I’ve worked in the wellness and yoga industry for over a decade, combining my passion for yoga, meditation, breathwork, spiritual wellness, and Ayurveda into marketing, teaching, and coaching. These ancient and new-age practices have been integral to my healing, self-discovery, and spiritual progression.

Some of my key experiences include:
