Your improper breathing can lead to anxiety, poor sleep, poor cognition, and other issues. Even elite athletes can have poor breathing patterns.
I use Oxygen Advantage techniques combined with Pranayama tools from the Yogis to give you a better understanding of your breath and how to use it.
