7 Ways to Cultivate Self-Love
- Self-Compassion - Compassion 
 You cannot be compassionate to others if you don't have compassion for yourself.
- Positive Self-Talk - If you have no idea where to start, I recommend beginning to notice what kind of media you're consuming. I listen to podcasters, books, etc., with people who speak how I want to speak. 
- Celebrate your Wins- All of them - Start to recognize little things throughout your day 
- Practice Gratitude - Again, start small. 
- Prioritize your Physical Body - Nobody else is going to take care of your physical health. You must set boundaries for yourself and have discipline. 
 There is freedom in self-restriction when that self-restriction is imposed from a place of self-care. Going to bed early,
